My yoga journey spans over a decade, and it has been a transformative practice that balances both my physical and mental well-being. Yoga has been my refuge, offering relief from anxiety and providing a path towards a clear mind. As a Yoga teacher, I am forever a student at heart, continuously seeking to learn and grow. I believe in guiding my students towards a safe, lifelong practice, emphasising proper alignment, while also exploring the realms of pranayama, mindfulness, and philosophy. My mission is to break the stigma that yoga is only for the flexible, playfully proclaiming that the only flexibility required is that of the mind.
